Drink ‘n’ Draw 28 report

We had such a great turn out for our Bank Holiday weekend Drink ‘n’ Draw that I took a few photos of the merriment and scribbling. Can you spot your face or handiwork?

I didn’t actually take this one, this is by Phillipa Rice (one of our special guests this month) of her collage characters. That’s John Allison there on the left, crashing the photo.

Our special guests this month were (from L-R) Anne Holiday, Phillipa Rice and Lizz Lunney. All very talented dames.

Phillipa made this crown for me, but I lent it to Mr. Dan Berry so he could be King Berry for a short while.

Here we have Matt Badham carefully perusing the Comic Swap table. Each month I encourage people to bring down their unwanted comics and graphic novels and if any likes the look of any they are free to take them home.

The lovely Ste Hitchen takes part in one of the many Comic Jams being passed around. See how this one turned out at the end of this post.

The MCC Drink ‘n’ Draws are every last Sunday of the month. If next month’s (Sept 26th) is even half as busy as this month’s then it will still be a great day.
